Pace Ambassador Program – Terms of Participation

Effective: June 2026

§ 1 – Scope

These terms govern participation in the Pace Ambassador Program (hereinafter "Program"). The contracting party is the operator of the Pace service (hereinafter "we" or "Pace"), a sole proprietorship based in Austria.

The Program is open exclusively to persons personally invited by Pace. There is no legal entitlement to participate.

§ 2 – How the Program Works

Each participant receives a personal referral code and a referral link of the form pacetraining.co/?ref=CODE. When a new person discovers Pace through this link, registers, and subscribes to a Pace Pro plan, this counts as a conversion. You earn a commission for each conversion.

The referral code is stored as a cookie (valid for 30 days) in the referred person's browser when they visit the landing page, and is automatically linked to their newly created account upon registration.

§ 3 – Commission and Discount

You earn a commission of €2.00 (two euros) for each conversion. The commission applies only to the referred user's first payment. Recurring monthly payments or renewals are not additionally compensated.

People who come through your link automatically receive a 30% discount on their first month of a Pace Pro subscription.

§ 4 – Payouts

Commissions are settled once per month. The minimum payout threshold is €10.00 — smaller amounts carry over to the next month.

Payouts are made via bank transfer or PayPal. You provide your payment details upon request. Pace does not generate automated invoices. If you have questions about your balance, just get in touch.

§ 5 – Privacy

You do not receive any personal data about the people you refer. You only see aggregated figures (number of referrals, number of conversions, total commission).

We share with you only what is necessary to run the program and correctly calculate your commission.

§ 6 – Prohibited Practices

Participation in the Program explicitly excludes the following:

• Self-Referrals: You may not use your own code to give yourself a discount.

• Misleading Advertising: False or exaggerated claims about Pace are not permitted, especially health or healing promises.

• Spam: Mass unsolicited sending of promotional messages is prohibited.

• Automated Redirects: The use of bots or automated systems to generate clicks or registrations is not permitted.

In the event of a violation of these terms, we may terminate participation in the Program without notice and withhold commissions that have accrued but not yet been paid out.

§ 7 – Changes and Termination

We may adjust the program conditions (commission amount, discount, minimum payout) with 30 days' notice by email. Commissions already earned but not yet paid out will be settled under the previous conditions.

Either party may end participation at any time without giving reasons. Outstanding commissions above the minimum threshold will still be paid out after termination.

§ 8 – Applicable Law

The law of the Republic of Austria applies. The Provider's place of business serves as the place of jurisdiction for disputes.
